Ani Samperi

is a multimedia artist based out of Berlin.

Her sound and video installations currently incorporate light, repurposed objects (both organic and inorganic), field recordings, and resonant materials in order to address questions of personal identity, social politics, emotional intimacy, and sensual expression.

Coming from a background in philosophy and esoteric studies, she has sought to use sound to create immersive audiovisual works that fuse the language of thought with the rhythms and wisdom of the body.

Ani is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts program in ‘Sound Studies and Sonic Arts’ at the Universität der Künste Berlin.
